DR. NIMA ROHANI, DDS, MS
Orthodontist
Dr. Nima Rohani is originally from Tampa, FL and attended the University of Florida on numerous academic scholarships where he graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences. He then went on to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Columbia University in New York City. and a a certificate of Orthodontics and a Masters in Oral Biology from University of Nebraksa - Lincoln.
He resides in Lakewood with his wife Alicia, their two sons and their two french bulldogs. He is often seen biking or running around White Rock Lake.

KRISTEN LADKIN, RDA
Orthodontic Assistant
Kristen Ladkin is a registered Dental Assistant with 9 years experience and enjoys seeing patients' outcome from braces. She was born and raised in Arlington, TX.
Kristen has one furry baby name Debow. In her spare time, she enjoys working in the garden, cooking, doing makeup, and traveling.

Daisy has been a registered dental assistant since 2015. Her favorite part about her job is seeing the progress on patients' teeth. She was born in Los Angeles, CA and raised in Dallas, TX. She enjoys going to dog parks with her fur baby Luna, listening to crime documentaries and traveling.
STEPHANI PEREZ, RDA
Orthodontic Assistant
As a registered dental assistant since 2020, Stephanie loves seeing patients’ build confidence with their smiles. She thrives working in the dental field and hopes to one day become a dentist, She always aims to provide Top Smile patients the same high-level care that Dr. Rohani gives his patients.In her free time, she spends time with family and friends at her family's ranch. Being in nature and away from the city brings her tranquility and she finds this very therapeutic.

Fallon Garcia serves as our Treatment Coordinator and lead Dental Assistant with a passion for orthodontics and over 10 years experience. She was born and raised in Dallas, Tx. Fallon loves to help patients understand their orthodontic treatment and accompanies them in every step.
Fallon is a mother of four beautiful kids; three boys and one girl. She enjoys DIY projects, travel and exploring new places. She spends most of her free time with her family and friends. She's very involved in her kids' activities: baseball, football & cheerleading. She's friendly, humble, outgoing and a team player.
