Dr. Nima spent eleven years in training to become an Orthodontist, acquiring the skills needed to manage tooth movement to provide straight, healthy smiles. Before entering orthodontic residencies, orthodontists are required to become dentists first by completing a four year dental program. This means that orthodontist have a full understanding of oral health and mechanics even before starting their orthodontic specialty training. Out of 100 dental school graduates, an average of six go on to become specialized orthodontists.
All members of the Top Smile supporting staff are professional and registered dental assistants. We aim to have a team that is diverse, with several team members being fluent in Spanish to better serve the East Dallas community. In addition, we ensure that our doctors and professional staff are up to date on the latest dentistry technology.

Meet our friend iTero!
iTero is a digital scanner that generates a 3D digital scan of the patient's teeth and bite. It allows Dr. Nima to make adjustments in real time, and transmit the file wirelessly for processing.
This technology brings an array of benefits to our patients. To begin, the scanner makes digital impressions instead of conventional "goopy" impressions. Within minutes of completing the digital scan, our patients are able to see how their teeth with look at the completion of orthodontic treatment through the Outcome Simulator feature.
Overall, the iTero machine allows us to make better fitting orthodontic appliances and Invisalign® aligners, as well as helps us be a more efficient office with shorter appointment times and fewer needed appointments.
